Cartoon - Drawing

Cartooning is relaxing and helps bring humor into the day. Humor may lighten up a tense situation and provide fodder for communication. The drawings are very quick, as I don’t want my subjects to know that I am concentrating on them. This helps give better opportunity to capture the situation or feel of the moment. Art does not need to be serious all of the time, nor does it need to be stale. Working from life with strong, quick strokes helps to remind me of why I create art.
